thank you for your interest in our project. The original elgin was built as a grand hotel in the late 1800's and converted into apartments in 1977. We aquired it september of this year and just recently started renivating it. We are doing all the work on our own. Our goal is to bring it back to its original grandure. Marion is a small town 50 miles north of wichita off of highway 77 half way between wichita and manhattan. Thank you for your comments and we will keep you updated on all our progress as we go.
